The washable grill plates are actually collected and comfortable to sanitize. I will say we dont eat them in the dishwasher much. We received this as a charity less than a year ago. After using it several times a week for the first team a few of months that we had it, it began engaging longer and longer for viands to pastry-cook on it. The Gaffer grill makes in good health groceries swift and natural. It’s staggering the amount of oil that you see from the things you pastry-cook, even from “scanty” meats. I’m ordering a replacement Geo Superintendent grill w/ non-removable plates (kinsfolk assay), as I wasn’t jubilant with the results of this removable plates grill.

Now the 2nd item with removable plates was expert to get HOT, but NOT HOT ENOUGH to do burgers in the same 6-7min for with grill marks and all and still rose-tinted interior (it took 10-12min w/ some grill marks).
