Day 1

In the dawn, God created the space and the mother earth. Then some ingredients happened, and then it was leisure for the accepted Barista Guild of America's Midwest Regional Barista Jam. Whoo-hoo! This feast business was hosted by PT's Coffee Entourage and sponsored in part by the oh-so unbelievable persons at CoffeeGeek.com (*ahem!* thanks for the beer Chip! *ahem, cough, mangle*).
