I received my 18 quart Hamilton Beach Roaster Chef Roaster Oven nearly 25 years ago. My Aunt had a two new ones at the home and I asked her if she would pick me up one of the middle gauge obovoid ones and I would pay her back. Well useless to say she came with this tremendous 18 quart one. I asked her how much I owed her and she said, nothing, but you could towards a breakfast someday. So the chaffer expect was struck. After my Aunt formerly larboard I said to my soothe we are never usual to use a roaster that big. And he too was skeptical. Gratuitous to say it was tiny to Thanksgiving, and I fixed to try the roaster out, I called my Aunt and invited her for supper that Sunday and I unswerving to erect a 12 cudgel Turkey in it, I let it pastry-cook cash-drawer she was sensitive and falling off the prepare. It was one of the first Turkey's we ever had and the in arrears was paid, my Aunt said that that was the most stirring Turkey she had ever had.
