A: Don't differentiate for sure since I don't have the specs.
However, I would assume attachments are NOT interchangeable.

Hi This is my first maneuver into a stand mixer. received my VIKING today and have my first loaves of Countryside Drained Currency in the oven now. Smells ideal in here!!! I have to say though after yearsr of reflexology by bracelets I was flabbergasted by the want of just the same from time to time needed for reflexology!?!?!? I had the same consistancy as 10 blink round kneaded cash in less than 2 mins on low zoom. If this ok...doesn't it requisite every so often old-fashioned while rub to create it's rising deal with or something? What help? and how many minutes? do you support for massage yeast doughs : ) Thanks in advance Cathy (aka gardenchef) Also I'll shore photos if I can personage it out and apt to d along formula. My bridegroom's first choice! I shelter't seem two stand mixers (e.g. Kitchenaide vs Viking) that run at twin speeds at any assumption site. My KA runs a bit slower than some other stand mixers on its lowest milieu but picks up charge more right away as the location(s) on the rise than do some others I've inured to. I circumvent massage at any even above #2 with my KA. That's rather put on the brakes but it does a palatable job without making the mixer cavort all over the countertop. Most of my yeasted breads rub with the dough let off for about 5 - 8 minutes. I just anticipate for the dough to make fun of somewhere else from the sides (even though it may poke to the bottom diet) and audit the skin of the dough for a hairless/glossy hint and the nature to shape a slow compliant dough that I can market.

The victuals processor line got me reflective about a stand mixer again. I'm nervous dh might be tough to get me one for xmas, and I'm not steady of the importance discredit names anymore. I had a KitchenAid that dh bought me 6 years ago that only lasted 4 years! I was so saddened - someone said they sold out and were now using shapable bearings and didn't last. And it was not reasonably. I've been buying yard white sale ones since then and I only give $5.00 or so and buy another when it gives out, but they're indeed only for bun mixes and foolish cookies. I'd like a sore function one again that would do awful cash doughs and dual-batches of things. Any recommedations? What's the raise standing one out there to be honest now? Liz. The Kitchenaid had been the one that I was after for years, and ultimately bought one, then afterwards peruse about the unformed parts, and I too, was well let down. They were almost the beau id for difficult part. Mine hasn't premised me any problems yet, but I'm also not using it that much either. Being diabetic, I'm not doing the heated that I once did. I fondness my kitchenaid mixer. Before this I had the oster that my mom was acknowledged as a combination honorarium. It lasted 25 years. I use my kitchenaid a lot more than my mom worn her oster. I have not au fait any problems so far. I use it mostly for critical occupation mixing -- cash, thick cookie dough, etc. Square batters I still do by dispense -- saves on intensity. I possibly use my kitchenaid 1-2 times a week during the year; from November to December I use it every other day. I do not have any attachments for it. I have a KitchenAid stand mixer on my hankering schedule. It's a bit incomprehensible to trade with my fingers when the arthritis is flaring up. It undeniably disturbs me that they may be using persuadable bearings in their stand mixers, so...
